WOW!!!

Up until yesterday, I have avoided questions about "Do you think he is alive?" because in all honesty I didn't know. I had my thoughts and beliefs but nothing concrete to go on. I was planning on one more trip out to L.A. and just chat with a few more people who I honestly thought would end up as a dead end. I was wrong...I think I have found a smoking gun, but I am not sure I understand its meaning.

The new contract that Michael has with Sony.... 10 albums in 10 years....200 million? Michael signed himself in February.... It is being refered to by those in the know... as the "Thriller" contract....It is not with the Michael Jackson Estate but with Michael Jackson himself...
I have not seen this contract as I would not have access to such, but I spoke to someone who should know and knew that I cared a lot about Michael, knew I was investigating his death.

I have come to believe that the more people who know now, the safer Michael will be. I have my reasons and will explain at a later date.

Ummm let me think, up until now I have purposely saved Tommy Mattola for this post. Everyone that knew Tommy knew he had it out for MJ, but that aint it, and I am going to show you why. Don’t get me wrong, he played a part, just like Frank. And John.
They are all part of the same dirty, boys club music mafia, and as much as I hate to admit it, mostly Jewish.

Lets look at John Branca for a minute, what did John do? He helped Mike secure the deal to buy the Beatles catalog. He did it by “calling” Bandier’s financial backers and having them pull the plug on the deal. Bandier had originally beat Mike in the auction for the catalog, but when his financial backers pulled the plug, he didn’t have the money to pay for it. So Michael was able to obtain it.

Branca brokered the deal that gave EIL the right to manage the catalog between 93-98. He negotiated Michael’s record deal with Sony. He even managed to make himself the executor of Michael’s will. He got himself on the board with Sony, and was fired by Mike in 2003, just before the Martian Bashir Documentary.

In 2006, after two accusations, and years of bad media attention, Mike had not worked in a while, and thanks to Mattola Invincible was not a successful as Mike’s other Music.
After a long fought battle with Mattola, Mike won! Both Michael and Myria Carry left Sony. Sony lost 136 million that year and Mattola was canned…. Sort of, but guess who took over as CEO? Bandier, the same one that Michael beat for the catalogue. He is still today the CEO of Sony/ATV.

From the research that I did, I know Mike borrowed money from Malnick as early as 05. Malnick gave him 3 million for bail money, and loaned him over 70 million dollars. The catch? In 2005 he was made “trustee” over Michael’s spending. These were the deals in my opinion that “killed” Michael Jackson. Michael had money, but did not have control, the Mob did.

Michael needed money. Even though Branca had been fired in 2003, he was still involved in selling half of the catalogue to Sony, in 2006, more a mortgage than a sale, but the deal was made with Branca, Malnick and Charles Koppelman.



Who is Mlnick? The mob boss! THE BOSS!!! He is a known loan shark, mafia boss. He is the heir apparent to Meyer Lansky, a very evil man. Do the research on him.

So far in this ugly picture we have Mattola, Branca, Malnick, DiLeo, all with mob ties.
I firmly believe DiLeo was Michael’s “handler” for the mob. He was to keep Mike working and under control. The other three, evil mob bosses that used Conrad Murray to kill Michael Jackson… or did they?

I did a lot of research and could not connect Murray to AEG or Colony Capital… Until….I realized that Mattola is now in bed with Mirimax…do a google search on Tommy Mattola and Mirimax.

I have known for the last five years that Michael was truly scared. Unfortunately, at times I thought he was being to dramatic. I didn’t believe that things like this still went on in America. I was naive. I know these were the men Mike was afraid of…. I see now why he escaped to the Middle East; it was one place the Jewish Mob could not touch him. I am sorry Michael.

Player #1 Frank DiLeo

Michael told me years ago he never wanted to tour again. He had no problem making records, but hated to tour. He loved his fans but he hated waking up in a different city every day. After he had the kids, he wanted to give them as normal of a life as he could. He often said his touring would be over when he was 40.

I don’t believe he had a choice with this 02 Arena show. Question is why not? Like everything else in his life there are multiple answers. He did want his kids to see him perform. He needed the money, but why now? He had opportunities in the past and turned them down.

It seems now there are more questions than answers. Like why did he choose now to bring Frank back?

Frank DiLeo, a very nice, funny man. A bear when it came to protecting Mike. Even after he was fired, when Mike was on trial, Frank came to California at his own expense to remain at Michael’s side, for several months.

Frank has a dark side too. He was in bed with the mob. I don’t care what anyone says.... He was there. He was friends, good friends with Jo Isgro and Jack Gordon. Jo Isgro was music business mob all the way. He was part of the “network” and had ties to the Gambino Family.

Jo Isgro also was involved with LaToya, He produced her album Imagination.

After the success of Thriller Mike ask Frank to be his manager. Frank was the executive producer of Moonwalker, and the executive producer of all three Pepsi commercials. He managed Michael’s Victory and Bad tours, and was the executive producer in 8 of Michael’s videos. In other words he produced the Pepsi commercial where Mike was burned.

Also remember LaToya’s rant in 93. When she was married to Jack Gordon? Jack Gordon was mob too…LaToya was by her own account forced into the marriage, and constantly beaten. She was beaten once with a chair so badly that Jack thought he had killed her. She would later be forced in an interview that Michael Jackson was guilty of unspeakable crimes against children.


Another fact, most people don’t know…but Mike told me this himself, In 1989 Frank gave Jordie Chandlers mom 4 tickets to see Mike in concert, with back stage passes. Mike left early that night, not meeting with fans. He and Jordie would not meet until later. This occurred long before any allegations and before Mike even meet Jordie. Was Frank involved with setting Mike up?

What are the chances of Michael Jackson’s car breaking down on the freeway? And then Jordie’s step father being right there to give Michael a ride back to his car rental business? I don’t know but it seems to much of a coincidence for my liking…

Did Mike have a choice in the matter, or was this too forced on him. I don’t know. On one hand maybe Mike was trying to put together a team from happier more successful times, on the other hand Mike had good reasons for firing them both. Mike was a very forgiving person…. But usually didn’t make the same mistake twice.

I did find this: It was an interview with Diane Sawyer? Not sure but Frank was ask why Michael Fired him, This was his response.

"Why did he fire me? That’s a good question, but I think it was ah, ah, he fired me because it was politically asked of him. There was an outside record executive with a big time lawyer and one executive at Sony who would like to see Michael’s power cut in half. And by getting rid of me was half the power."

And remember these messages left on a “friends” answering machine?

“It is Michael calling. It is very important, I want that 150 in that account for me, because… I am very concerned about my life. I am hearing a lot of stories that (name withheld) is still trying to sabotage… me… I want to be away for a while where they can’t find me.”
A second message adds, “It is Michael. It is 4.30 in the morning here that’s why I sound very sleepy and I’m really worn out… but please check the message I left a day or so ago. I am very concerned. I don’t trust that man. We think he’s bad, we think he is Italian mafia. Please… we must be smarter than him. So please, help me with this… I wanna be away… I don’t want to be in Neverland right now.”

We know that after the trials, Michael left the country. I think for reasons I don’t want to mention here, that this was actually recorded before the trial.


What I think…. I think Frank was a mobster, I think he always was. I think Mike knew this but I also think he was protected from other forces by Frank. Frank appears to have both good and bad qualities when it comes to Michael.  Did Michael seem more together and safer with Frank in the picture or was this an illution?

I know its been a few days, I hope to have some more information soon. I have contacted several people that I know in the idustry, with questions I have about things that were just not quite right.. I hope to be smoking out the rats soon... and getting more answers...

How the News Should Have Been Reported....

Michael Jackson, superstar died today. Michael died of a drug overdose of an anesthesia given to him by his personal Doctor, Conrad Murray. Dr. Murray was giving Michael anesthesia to help him sleep.

Dr. Murray had been hired by AEG, to accompany Michael to London. Although he is not licensed to practice medicinein London.He was to help Michael get healthy, so that he could perform his fifty shows.

AEG really helped Michael,They assisted him in geting to rehearsals, and conveniently provided Hi-depth recordings of his rehearsals for Michael’s personal library. They also generously provided a Doctor, his house, his transportation, his security, and even paid his chef. All they ask for in return, Michael’s music catalogue, put up as collateral.

Dr. Murray worked extremely hard trying to save him. It only took an hour and half to call 911. The call was so strenuous for him he had to call,Prince for assistance. Although he managed to make several other calls while Michael lay dying.

Upon calling 911, Dr. Murray a cardiologist realized he had made a mistake, giving poor Michael CPR on the bed. He began to follow the 911 operators advice and move him to the floor. After hearing this the 911 operator's advice, realized Michael was in capable hands and ignoring protocol, hung up the phone.

After arriving at 12:22 paramedics immediately loaded Michael Jackson into the ambulance and made the long 3 mile drive in only 51 minutes, arriving at UCLA at 1:13.

Awaiting him were friends and family, and the paparazzi that were unable to get even one photo of Michael being wheeled into a public hospital. Unfortunately, Mike did not make it and TMZ pronounced him dead at 2:20 PM. Worrying how this might look publicly, Mike was actually pronounced at 2:26 by an actual Doctor at UCLA, who because of the fire alarms going off could not be found to sign the death certificate, so poor Latoya, Michael’s sister had to do it.

Michael’s death was announced later at a press conference, by Michael’s brother Jermaine and Michael’s long fired manager Tohme Tohme. It was extremely generous of Tohme to remain at Jermaine’s side during this time of grief, even if Michael did fire him more than a month prior.

Within hours of his death, someone in Michael’s family being aware of Michael’s financial predicament relieved his entire security and house staff from their duty. Leaving the house open for the Jackson family to conveniently go and retrieve Michael’s belongings by the truck load.

A few days latter the L.A. police department being big fans of Michael, and being as efficient as they are decided it might be a crime scene.

The memorial will be held on July 7th Internment immediately following at Forest Lawn on September 4th, 2009.



After Michael Jackson’s autopsy was released it showed Michael Jackson, died acute Propofol intoxication, provided at the loving hands of his innocent Doctor. And a surgical scar on his abdomen he must have put there himself because all of his organs were accounted for???

Dr. Murray is still practicing medicine in Nevada and Texas. He is located at the Armstrong Medical Clinic in Houston, call and make your appointment. I am sure they are all cleaned up after the efficient officials made a search of them almost a month after Michael’s death.

Dr. Murray has since been charged with Manslaughter in the Premeditated Murder of the King of Pop. After he released his video telling the world “I did all I could do I have done noting wrong…. And the trut will prevail.” I am sure officials decided he was just too nice to charge with Murder.

Truth or Consequences....

            Michael Joseph Jackson is/was an amazing human being. He had the mind of a genius and the heart of an innocent child. He could be ruthless in business. When he made up his mind about something he seldom changed it, no matter what the consequences were. Mike lived his entire life in the spot light.  Everything he did, for the most part, was watched and scrutinized by the world. He had a rough childhood, with an abusive father, but he also had a lot of wonderful things in his life. He had his mother, whom he dearly loved and his children.

Growing up this way I think Mike had a sense of entitlement that most don’t understand. All of his life, he simply was Michael Jackson. That gave him special honors and privileges that most never see. I think people in high positions had a problem with a black man holding the power that he did. Michael Jackson himself was a huge corporation, recording studios, music, concerts, books, real estate; he was half owner of Sony/ATV, and much more. 

In doing research I have found that many groups wanted to align themselves with him. Most were rejected for one reason or another.

I think Mike was being manipulated throughout most of his life. I believe sometimes he made choices that seemed like it was the lesser of two evils, and sometimes he was wrong and paid the price.

I have come to believe either Michael was the most unlucky clumsiest person that walked the earth or he was being controlled and punished by others. The first seems highly unlikely

 I think Michaels problems probably started with the Thriller album. Mike fell and broke his nose so badly that he had to have reconstructive surgery.

Then there is the Pepsi accident. He was burned pretty badly. I think this was the first attempt to make Michael Jackson do something he really didn’t want to do.  It was his punishment for not doing something…

Or doing something that someone felt he should not be doing.

            There were several accidents during the Dangerous Tours, while recording a sound wall fell on him, later during the rehearsals for the tour he fell off stage. Then there are the accusations in 1993. Is this just more of Michael being coerced.

            In 1999 Michael had a very serous fall when a bridge used during the earth song collapses. Michael is dropped 27 feet. He is later rushed to the hospital.

            In 2005 during the trial for child molestation, Michael is late for court. He was in a hospital because he fell. He had to sit in court suffering from his injuries.

            I have often ask myself why he would have agreed to the Martian Brasher interview, and why he appeared different than I had known him to be.  Michael was not the type to make stupid PR blunders like that. Michael hated doing interviews, and to be honest there is something not right about the entire thing. I spoke to someone yesterday that was very close to Michael he advised me to compare that interview and how Michael sounded with this interview. He seems totally different although they were taken just a few months of each other. Really???? Is this the same man?

Michael's Money

Someone was taking his money, because he sure as hell was not broke, but he also never had any cash. Look at the law suite of Raymone Bain just a few years ago. Mike was bringing in millions, from the catalogue alone, over ten million dollars a year. Plus he had money he earned in late 2007 for the release of Thriller 25, plus an additional thirty six million from the refinance of the catalog. All of this money came at the very end of 2007. He would have received an additional ten million in 2008, and another in 2009. Ms. Bain is claiming he owes her Forty-Four Million, and she is only entitled to 10%. So he earned some real money.

According to all accounts he was broke in 2009???  

The media claims Mike had extravagant spending habits, and that may have been true at one point. Michael was a showman. He wanted people to believe he had a lot and spent a lot. It was a pride thing, with him. In latter years he was careful with his spending, especially after the children were born.

 I can tell you he would often buy things and then realize what he had spent and return whatever it was he had purchased. He was careful with money, to the point, that a lot of people often teased him about being cheap. He was not. To be honest if someone around him had a problem, an illness etc, Michael was very generous. But those that worked for him often found him penny pinching on salaries. He was very suspicious of people. Two sides to Mike. He felt those that worked for him should find it a privilege… he was a bit of a drama queen too…

That part of him may have been why people around him didn’t really take his pleas for help seriously. …. The point is, who ever was controlling Michael’s cash flow, I am afraid was controlling him. 

Let me just add that it is my belief that Ms. Bain is owed some money, although I really don’t know how much. I know she was in talks with AEG before Thome came into the picture. I also want to say that I believe Michael would still be with us, had Raymone remained his manager. Why did Michael all of a sudden agree to even 10 contracts with AEG when he could not be pinned down before to do the same concerts? It was not for money.

Why was Bain fired? Not room for two managers? Remember Jermaine introduced Michael to Tohme.

Crazzy People

In researching the death of Michael Jackson I have found some truly crazy things on the internet. 

I have seen numerology. Taking the numbers of Mike’s death, and trying to make them mean something.  Michael would not have had more than a passing interest, if he had ever heard of it before.

King Tut, ok, maybe he would have been interested in King Tut’s history.

I have heard he was a lizard. He was a burn victim on Larry King Live… People lets think, these crazy ass stories only destroy Michael’s reputation. Yes Mike like the outlandish, crazy act when he was younger, but in latter years Mike did everything he could have done to restore his reputation and put the circus act behind him. The tabloids used this stuff to discredit and make a laughing stock out of Michael. Do you really think he needs that in death? I would love to find one site that has a serious investigation going on.  There is important stuff in all of them, but it’s discredited by all the nonsense.

If the fans are going to come together to figure out what happened to Michael then we have to eliminate the crazy BS.

I truly believe if Michael was able to escape it was not for some show to entertain the world. He may barely have escaped with his life.  He would not have made it a joke or left a million clues for everyone to find.

If someone was trying to kill him, he needed to make them believe he really was dead. If you were running for your life would you leave clues???? Hello??? Really????

Michael took this seriously enough to leave his children behind, and I can tell you the only way he would have done that is either he really is dead, or he believed they would be safer if they were not with him. Don’t you think if this is something he had planned for years he would have kept his children out of site from everyone? To protect them. He was obviously in danger. There are tapes of him begging for help and asking for money to escape. and I think there is a chance he could have escaped, but it’s not a joke, and it’s not some riddle that needs to be solved.

If Michael is alive, and I am not totally convinced, He is not going to return until the danger to him and his family is gone. The only way it is going to be gone is if someone figures out who either really killed him, or tried too. I don’t believe the officials in L.A care enough to be bothered to dig any further. I think as far as they are concerned it is Case Closed

Truth be told....

Not sure what to write….

Yesterday I logged on, I was going to post the blog “Was Michael Jackson a drug addict?” I could not. Truth is like everything else in Mike’s life there are two sides to that question. The short answer is ….at times…At times in Michael’s life, he was very very dependant on prescription drugs….and other times like the months leading up to “This is It” That he didn’t use…Doctor’s would write him prescriptions, for sleeping pills, anti anxiety medication, or Anti-Biotics… He would not finish the prescription. He was too much in the creative process to worry about his emotional pain, and he wanted to be clean….

With that answer, the next question people would want to know is “How do you know?” and that’s were the complication comes in.  I do not want to claim anything. By doing so you have people that will evaluate everything said… I don’t want that. I was lucky enough to have had the opportunity to watch a genius for many years. I was lucky enough to have been born in the “time of Michael Joseph Jackson” To have known people who knew him, purely by chance, I was introduced, and was lucky enough to live in an area Michael visited fairly often during his life.  I didn’t do anything special to earn it or my observations are probably no different than anyone else’s. Different people related to Michael in different ways… some loved him and some didn’t. I did.

The last time I saw Michael, in 2007, he came to my home state, to meet with his lawyer who at the time lived nearby, and too look at some real estate. I really wanted him to settle down here and raise his kids here, away from the spot light. However, Michael was wise enough to know the spot light would have followed him. I do think he would have found some peace.  He also took the opportunity to visit with old friends.

When Michael “died” I cried… I cried for a very long time. I hurt, I kept thinking what could I have done to help him…… and the reality is … nothing, nothing I could have done would have changed anything. I was there if he needed me, but that usually just meant a long phone call in the middle of the night.

Since his death, I have read everything there is too read, visited every web site I could find, including those who support the idea of his death being a hoax, also some of those who laugh and ridicule those who believe Michael could still be with us. I think that after his death, I like everyone else wanted to believe this was a media hoax, or a cruel joke played on Michael, so that started the ball rolling, people started looking at everything…..including me. I have no magic bullet, I don’t know the answer, but I do KNOW something isn’t right!!!!!!!!

Mike was not using while preparing for this concert. He was looking forward to testing the waters to see if people were still interested in seeing him. I believe he feared the answer, although I don’t think he had anything to fear. 

 I do believe one thing…. If Mike is dead, He was murdered, and if he is alive, I don’t think he is coming back to the public eye….and if I did find out for sure he was alive, I would not tell a soul, because he has been through enough!!!

Although I have read everything I could find I have not said much, for two reasons. First to respect Michaels privacy, and second, I didn’t want to be known as someone who was claiming something that most people would not believe. I am a normal person who works a regular job, I am not a Hollywood type… People just would not understand my past. Therefore I will not give my identity.  It has just come to a point that I don’t feel the people who knew Michael best are coming to his defense.  There is so much Trash out there.

The truth is Michael was a good person, with thoughts and feelings just like everyone else. He could be a drama queen… and make him mad… He could hold a grudge longer than anyone I knew.  He would talk about the smallest thing someone had done to him 20 years ago, and still be upset about it.

Everyone has put him up in an ivory tower, not believing he could have ever done anything wrong. Mike was not perfect. He had his flaws. You could not win an argument with him, because he would win at all cost, Even if he was wrong…. And he would never admit it.

He was fun and playful and full of life up until the trial, It change him. He became more subdued and a lot less trustful of people in his life.

In my last writing I started “connecting the dots” I tried to follow the money…The truth is I believe there is a connection between AEG, Sony, and  Colony Capital, and like most of you who would be reading this I am still searching for answers. Answers that need to be documented someplace. I don’t believe Dr. Murray is the only guilty party, and yes even if Michael is alive, these fools are still guilty. I believe they are still behind what happened to Michael…..and others that surrounded Michael in the end that have turned up dead.

Through Michael and others, I have made friendships in the music business; I will continue to ask questions, even if I don’t get the answers.  I will find out one way or the other…. I just have to know… to most of  you he was the greatest performer that ever lived, a sex symbol, a giant in the industry… to me…. He was my friend of many years, we were not always close but we had our times….and I miss him

Dr. Tohme introduced Michael to Tom Barrack of Colony Capital, and he is also a neighbor of  Neverland Ranch, who after paying the mortgage at Neverland, and partnering with Michael, introduced Michael to Philip Anschutz owner of AEG….Tohme then gets Michael to allow him to negotiate deals for him, and who does he go to? None other than Philip Anschutz… see a pattern?

Here is another tid-bit.. Tom Barrack and his partner William Bone, own a company called Sunrise Capital…Can you guess?

Sunrise Capital owns the mortgage on Conrad Murray’s soon to be foreclosed house...

Now look at Rob Lowe… Yes Rob Lowe. Actor.. sex symbol, West Wing… That Rob Lowe.

Are you ready for this?  He is the founder of the “Homeowners defense fund in Santa Barbra County!

And now he is hooking up with….you guessed it….Tom Barrack. They did an interview last week from Neverland Ranch!!!  Do you think Mr. Lowe could influence the residents of St. Olivos, maybe to persuade them to allow Barrack to use Neverland ranch as something other than what it is?

Connecting the dots…….Following the money

How do you tell the world that the greatest entertainer in the history of the world has passed away?

Well, TMZ apparently decided to do it before he actually was pronounced dead.

TMZ reported at 2:20 pm.  Michael was not even pronounced dead until 2:26 pm.

How did TMZ know Michael had passed, they would have had a lot of egg on their face had they been wrong. How is it they know even before the Doctors at UCLA had pronounced him? Strange

Since when is the family of the deceased expected to announce it? That must have been a difficult moment for Jermaine or not? Jermaine has always had a jealous streak for Michael. He helped pen a book written by Stacy Brown. In the book he called Michael a “Monster” A man with a “Calculated Mean Streak” and a “Child Abuser.”  Even if all of this is true, and maybe it is, (I don’t believe the “child abuser” part)  Jermaine and the rest of the family had used Michael as a meal ticket for way too long… Get a real job Jermaine and do something with that awful hair!

Sound like the words of a loving brother? Not to me? It sounds like he is trying to get publicity using Michael in the most negative way….I mean really? He was his brother, even if that’s how you really felt about your brother; even if every word was true…Why would Jermaine make a fool out of himself in public like this? Why would you air your family’s dirty laundry… It makes it unbelievable, and it makes everything he says now unbelievable.
Keeping this in mind….
Please note that Jermaine introduced Michael to Dr. Tohme… and here is where its going to get very complicated…
First, Who is Dr Tohme? He is a Lebanese business man, who apparently has a medical degree that has never studied or practiced medicine in the U.S.
In March of 2008, Michael was about to loose Neverland, and all of its contents, unless he could fork up over 24 million dollars.
In May 2008, Colony Capital, run by Tom Barrack bought the loan from Bank of America, and saved Neverland from auction.
In November 2008, Michael filed a grant deed of Neverland to Sycamore Valley Ranch Co, LLC. This company is an affiliate of Colony Capital and Michael Jackson. This was a joint partnership that allowed Mike to collect on the profit if the land was ever developed.
At this point I want to point out that Tohme is in with the Nation of Islam.
On April 22 of 2009, many of Michael’s things were going to be auctioned by Julians Auction house in L.A
On April 14, 2009 The Auction was called off when Mike Sued them.
Julian then files an affidavit in L.A Superior court that accuses James Weller, Tohme’s business partner, of threats.

“According to Julian’s account, Weller said if we refused to postpone [the auction], we would be in danger from ‘Farrakhan and the Nation of Islam; those people are very protective of Michael’.

He told us that Dr Tohme and Michael Jackson wanted to give the message to us that ‘our lives are at stake and there will be bloodshed’.”

Another fact: Tom Barrack of Colony Capital is a neighbor of Neverland Ranch. He owns and lives at a ranch about 5 miles from Neverland. It is Barrack that contacted Philip Anschutz, the owner of AEG. AEG owns the 02 Arena and the Staples Center in Los Angles, where Michael rehearsed, the film “This is It” was shot, and his memorial was held.
According to Michael’s own words he gave Tohme permission to negotiate deals for him…to secure a future for him and his three children. I take this to mean a limited power of attorney but, I could be wrong about that.
According to Michael himself, the concerts originally were suppose to be only ten. Tohme negotiated to do an additional 40. Michael didn’t want to do 50 concerts in one place. This was a multi phased packaged that included a 3D Thriller film, a 3D live concert film, and a 3 year concert world tour…….

The 911 Call, Broken Rules

In thinking this through I have decided to start with the emergency call.  A body guard named Alberto Alverez actually made the call at 12:21 p.m.  It went like this:

Operator: Paramedic 33, what is the address of your emergency?
Caller: I need an ambulance as soon as possible, sir
Ok sir, what's your address?
Los Angeles California, 90077
Carolwood?
Carolwood Drive, yes,
Ok sir, what's the phone number you are calling from?
Sir, we have a gentleman here that needs help. He's stopped breathing, he's not breathing and we are trying to pump him, but he's not, he's not...
Ok ok, how old is he?
He's 50 years old, sir
Ok. He's not conscious, he's not breathing?
Yes, he's not breathing sir
And he's not conscious either?
No, he's not conscious sir
Ok (pause). Alright, is he on the floor, where's he at right now?
He's on the bed sir, he's on the bed
Ok let's get him on the floor
Ok
Ok let's get him down to the floor. I'm gonna help you with CPR right now, Ok
We need him... we need a...
Yes, we're already on our way there. We're on our way. I'm gonna do as far as I can to help you over the phone. We're already on our way. Did anybody see him?
Yes we have a personal doctor here with him, sir
Oh you have a doctor there?
Yes. But he's not responding to anything to no... no... he's not responding to the CPR or anything
Oh, OK. Well we're on our way there. If your guy is doing CPR and you're instructed by a doctor he has a higher authority than me. And he's there on the scene

Did anybody witness what happened?
No, just the doctor, sir. The doctor's been the only one here
Ok so did the doctor see what happened?
Doctor, did you see what happened sir? (inaudible voice) Sir, just, if you can please...
We are on our way. We are on our way. I'm just passing these questions on to my paramedics who are on their way there, sir.
Thank you sir. He's pumping, he's pumping his chest but he's not responding to anything sir. Please
Ok, OK, we are on our way. We are less than a mile away and we will be there shortly.

Ok, I have several questions about this:

Dr. Murray was giving chest compressions on the bed? Even the 911 operator clearly told Murray to put him on the floor. Why wouldn’t a cardiologist know this?  Really?  He didn’t call 911 while MJ lay dying? Why not? When 911 was called why wasn’t there more panic in Alverez’s voice? The man you are in charge of protecting is dying and you

don’t think it’s urgent?  He clearly didn’t seem to think so? Why not? Was Michael already dead? Why did the 911 Operator end the call? Protocol is that they remain on the line until paramedics arrive?  The call was made at 12:21 pm CDT. Paramedics arrived on the scene at 12:25 pm. Michael Jackson arrived at the hospital, approximately 3 miles from his house at 1:13 pm, Why the delay? And if he was already dead then why transport him to the hospital?

All of the reports I have heard indicate that Dr. Murry had authority to direct the paramedics…. THIS IS JUST NOT SO!!!

Here is the link to the L.A protocol It Actually prohibits a Doctors. on the Scene from directing advanced life support procedures.

This report clearly states that when the paramedics arrived, Jackson was on the floor.

Did Murray rethink doing CPR on the bed? It seems to this writer that he didn’t know how to do it. The report also states that there was a IV already inserted into Michael’s leg. Why not the arm? I think it was because Michael was already dead.  According to this report the hospital gave instructions to stop life saving efforts however, Murray ordered them to continue. GOING AGAINST PROTACAL GIVE BY THE L.A. HEALTH DEPT.  In the above report the Doctor has no right to dictate life saving measures???

Telling The World

On June 25, 2009, the greatest entertainer in the world mysteriously died! The news gave us very little truthful information. They gave us several versions of a bizarre story that the public accepted. Stories that were not only unfactual but were as bizarre as they would have us believe the entertainer’s life was. This blog is going to examine, question and I intend on investigating until I find the truth...no matter what that is.

I am going to start at the beginning, although at this point I am not sure where the beginning is. I am going to pick the story apart detail by detail until I get to the truth. The question I have to ask myself now is where to start? Do I begin at the 911 call, maybe a few days before, maybe the contracts with Sony or AEG? I am really not sure… but are you willing to take this ride with me… Are you willing to accept that truth no matter how much it differs from the official “story” or how strange it gets.

Michael Jackson gave a lot to the world through his music and through his charitable contributions. I consider myself extremely lucky to have been born in the time that Michael Jackson lived. I can’t imagine not having him here, on the same planet on the same plane of existence. I am not sure what happened on that terrible day in June, but I damn well intend to find out….
